3. Intent

I will report any user who behaves inappropriately, asks for money, appears to be married, or sends unwanted content.

7. Privacy & Origin

I understand that with each match, only my region is visible until that specific match reaches Stage 6 (Trusted). My town or village is kept private until then — with each match individually, not on a platform-wide timer.

I will not pressure any match to reveal their specific town or neighbourhood before we have reached Stage 6 together.

8. Consequences

I understand that violations may result in message blocks, suspensions, or permanent removal.

I understand that severe violations result in immediate permanent removal with no refund and no appeal.

I understand that the platform retains my verification data after removal to prevent re-registration.

9. Final Attestation

Everything I have confirmed above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

Go to your Profile screen and tap the verification card. Upload a selfie and a government ID. Our team reviews it within 24—48 hours. Verified profiles get 10 extra match points and build more trust.

Why can't I see someone's real name or town?

Privacy is core to Amour237. Only App Names are shown while browsing. Real names and towns are never revealed until Stage 6 (Trusted), protecting everyone until there is genuine trust.

What are the subscription plans?

You get a free 7-day trial with full access. After that:

My photo was removed — why?

All photos are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure they meet community guidelines. Photos showing nudity, explicit content, or embedded contact information are removed. Please upload a clear, appropriate photo.

How do I delete my account or get my data?

Go to Profile → scroll down → tap "Download My Data" to get a copy, or "Delete My Account" to permanently remove your profile. Both options are available at any time.

I found a suspicious profile — how do I report it?
